LIB's IP68 IPX8 Water Immersion Overpressure Test Device is built for labs and manufacturers who need real test data proving a product can survive deep-water immersion and sustained hydraulic pressure. Its core is a pneumatically sealed steel tank generating 0–0.5 MPa of controlled overpressure — roughly 50 meters of water depth equivalent — taking testing well beyond everyday splash or rain exposure. A programmable touchscreen controller with intelligent PID pressure regulation lets operators set exact pressure, dwell time, and cycle count, reproducing the same profile precisely each run. An external water-level gauge and built-in leak sensors monitor the tank continuously, triggering an automatic alarm and shutdown if pressure or leakage deviates from the set range.

The device supports testing to IEC 60529, GB/T 4208, ISO 20653, IEC 60068-2-18, JIS D 0203, ISO 16750-4, and SAE J575.
