After Sales Service
36 months warranty and lifelong follow-up services. Both our after-sales team and local service centers are available to serve you quickly and efficiently. Our 24-hour assistance request system allows us to understand your questions in a very timely manner.

How to Service

If users face operation problems, our after-sales team will guide the operation in time through online assistance and provide videos and files.
If the test chamber fails, we have two solutions. First, we will arrange the local service center to solve the problem on site. Second, our after-sales team will check the problem and troubleshoot it. If there are damaged parts, we will arrange express delivery immediately, and then instruct the customer to install the new parts. This is very efficient.
If the customer needs on-site service, we will send engineers to the customer’s site to solve the fault and provide training.
If there is a major failure of the test chamber and the customer cannot use the equipment after receiving it, we will produce a new test chamber (same as the old one) for our customer free of charge.

Equipment Maintenance

Effective equipment maintenance can greatly improve the service life of the equipment, reduce the failure rate, and reduce energy consumption.

Lib Installation Service Process
LIB provides standardized installation services for all environmental test chambers—from small temperature & humidity chambers to large walk-in chambers. The following steps show what customers can expect during on-site installation.

On-site Check & Environment Assessment

After the equipment arrives, our engineers start with a basic but very important inspection.

For All Equipment

 Verify the power supply, voltage and grounding.
Check the water connection (for humidification or spray functions).
Confirm the installation area is dry, clean and safe.
Confirm door direction and operator space with customer.

Additional Checks for Detachable Walk-In Chambers

To ensure safe and smooth installation, we will:
Check the access path, such as doorways, corridors, turning space, elevator size, etc.
Check floor load-bearing capacity and levelness.
Plan the lifting or module-moving route.
Check the installation area’s power, water, drainage and ventilation conditions.
Ensure enough space for installation, operation, and later maintenance.

Equipment Moving & Positioning

Standard Chambers

 Move the equipment to the installation area with a forklift or pallet jack.
Remove the wooden crate.
Check the chamber body, controller, and pipelines.
Adjust the wheels or leveling feet to make the unit stable and level.

Detachable Walk-in Chambers

Lift or move the modular parts (walls, roof, base, machine section) into the room.
Place components in different zones: wall panel zone, roof panel zone, machine zone.
Check the locks, screws, and sealing materials.

Structural Assembly

Standard Chambers

No structural installation is needed. We only:
Install the drainage pipe
Connect the external water source or water tank

Walk-in Chambers

We assemble the chamber step by step:
Place and level the base panel.
Install the front, back, left, and right wall panels.
Install the roof panel and align all edges.
Lock all the cam-locks securely.
Use welding techniques to reinforce the joints and apply acid-cleaning treatment to maintain a clean and uniform exterior surface.

System Connection

All Equipment

 Connect the power supply
Check grounding
Connect the drainage line
Supply water to the humidification or spray system, either by filling the water tank or connecting the automatic water inlet (depending on the model).
Arrange cables neatly, ensuring safety and waterproofing

Walk-In Chambers Include Additional Work

Install the refrigeration system and connect copper pipes
Install the humidifier
Install fans, heaters, and air circulation components
Connect and test all temperature and humidity sensor
Connect the touch controller and check signal communication

Commissioning & Performance Testing

Once the equipment is fully installed, we run complete tests:

Power-on inspection for abnormal noise or vibration.
Test heating, cooling, humidifying and dehumidifying.
Check door sealing.
Confirm temperature and humidity stability.
Check uniformity, fluctuation and recovery time.
Test all safety protections: over-temp, water level, leakage protection.
Confirm controller functions and alarms.

Customer Can Directly Observe

Setting parameters including temperature and humidity.
Running programs and cycles.
Quick heating/cooling.
System alarms and data display.

Operator Training

We provide hands-on training to help users quickly master the equipment.
