The GMW16001 High Pressure Spray Water Submersion Leakage Test Box from LIB Industry, your reliable supplier, evaluates whether pass-through seal interfaces leak under real-world water exposure, from rain and wash-down to temporary immersion. A water box fits around the pass-through on a representative sheet-metal interface, and the cabin side is inspected for water leakage or seepage during and after each test. Water is recirculated, so you can run repeated tests with minimal water use.
1. Three Tests in One Test Chamber: The R-300 performs low pressure spray, water submersion, and high pressure spray without changing equipment. A pressurized pump, electromagnetic flow meter, and shunt device control the flow rate of both spray modes. One test chamber gives a complete sealing evaluation, which saves lab space and test time.
2. Realistic Test Setup: The custom water box fits around the pass-through. The turntable (350 mm, 50 kg load, 1–7 r/min) holds the specimen securely. The built-in waterproof LED lighting and double-layer tempered viewing window with wiper let operators watch the cabin side during the test. A single-phase 16 A internal power interface also supplies powered specimens.
3. Easy, Automated Operation: The PID programmable color touchscreen supports 100 programs with 20 segments each, with Ethernet and PC link. LIB can preset programs based on your test requirements, and the standard language is English. The automatic water inlet connects directly to a laboratory faucet, with high/low water level alarms and a 2 m drain pipe.
4. Durability and Safety: The workroom is mirror-finished SUS304 stainless steel, rust-proof and corrosion resistant. The exterior is coated steel plate, and four brake-equipped castors make it easy to move. 1. Turn on the main power, connect the water inlet and drain pipe, and check that all connections are secure.
2. Fit the water box around the pass-through on the sheet-metal interface and fix the specimen on the turntable.
3. Select the test on the touchscreen: low pressure spray (30 L/min), submersion (water 100 mm above the pass-through), or high pressure spray (7.6 MPa, 13 L/min).
4. For low and high pressure spray, move the hose or nozzle up/down and left/right toward the pass-through opening, changing direction every 5 s. Spray high pressure from 300 mm.
5. During and after each test, inspect the cabin side of the pass-through for water leakage or seepage against the pass criteria.
6. After testing, drain the water, then clean and dry the chamber interior.
