The rain and spray test chamber is formulated in accordance with JIS D 0203 standard to test the waterproof performance of the product.The workroom is equipped with 40 spray nozzles and 2 rain nozzles, and the spray room is equipped with water circulation system to reduce water consumption and effectively save water resources.

 

The JIS D0203 Rain Test Chamber meets a wide range of testing standards, including JIS D0203 (Japan), ISO 20653 (road vehicles), IEC 60529 (IP ingress protection), SAE J1455 (environmental exposure for electronics), and ASTM D4488 (rain and splash resistance).

The JIS D 0203 Rain and Spray Test Chamber built with water re-circulation system that reduced water use and a series of water pipes. Incorporated rotating turntable can promote even spray of water over the surface of the products under testing. Automatic water supply ensures adequate supply of water and automatic testing. Its waterproof power connector in the test room can easily supply electricity to the specimen.

Operate Guide of the JIS D0203 Rain Test Chamber

To use the JIS D0203 Rain Test Chamber, first ensure the water supply and circulation system are filled and functioning. Place the test specimens securely on the stainless-steel turntable and close the chamber door. Use the touchscreen PID controller to set the desired test parameters, including rain or spray type, water flow rate, pressure, rotation speed, and test duration. Start the program and monitor the test through the observation window or via remote Ethernet connection. After completion, allow the chamber to drain and dry before removing specimens. Regular maintenance of nozzles, filters, and water quality ensures consistent performance and accurate results.
