With the continuous development of global product certification and reliability testing, laboratories around the world are expanding their environmental testing capabilities to meet stricter industry standards. Environmental simulation technology plays a crucial role in verifying product performance under extreme conditions such as high temperature, humidity, dust, rain, and ultraviolet radiation. As a professional manufacturer of environmental test chambers, LIB Environmental Simulation Industry has been cooperating with internationally recognized testing organizations to provide advanced testing equipment and customized laboratory solutions.
On July 9, 2024, LIB team met with Mr Huy, the head of the testing laboratory of TUV SUD Vietnam. During the meeting, Mr Huy took us to visit the laboratory and informed us of the future laboratory expansion plan. Mr Huy was very interested in our climatic test chambers. We agreed to contact them after their laboratory expansion plan came out, and LIB could provide environmental chambers and solutions for their laboratory.

TÜV SÜD provides safe and sustainable development solutions. Over the past 150 years, TÜV has added real value to its partners and customers through a variety of testing, certification, auditing and knowledge services.
In 2015, TUV SUD Thailand purchased the dust chamber model DI-800 from LIB to perform dust test for the laboratory.
In 2021, TUV SUD Italy purchased the temperature and humidity test chamber model TH-030A from LIB to perform temperature and humidity cycle tests.
Currently, we are also working with TUV managers in different regions on projects, such as India, Singapore, Brazil, Hungary, etc.
Since 2009, LIB Environmental Simulation Industry has accumulated more than 16 years of experience in designing and manufacturing environmental simulation equipment. With strong engineering capability and strict quality control, LIB has provided reliable environmental testing solutions for laboratories, research institutions, and certification organizations worldwide.
LIB's environmental test chambers are widely used in industries such as automotive, electronics, aerospace, textiles, coatings, and materials science. These chambers help engineers evaluate how products perform under extreme environmental conditions before they enter the market.
One of the key advantages of LIB's equipment is the ability to simulate multiple environmental factors within a controlled laboratory environment. Temperature, humidity, corrosion, dust, rain, ultraviolet radiation, and toxic gases can all be simulated to evaluate the durability and reliability of products.
LIB provides a complete range of environmental simulation solutions designed to meet international testing standards such as IEC, ISO, ASTM, and MIL-STD. These systems allow laboratories to perform accelerated reliability tests efficiently and obtain repeatable results.
For example, LIB temperature and humidity chambers are capable of simulating environments ranging from −70°C to +150°C with stable humidity control from 20% to 98% RH. These conditions allow engineers to simulate desert heat, tropical humidity, or freezing winter environments.

Touch screen controller Holds up to 120 test programs with 100 steps each, making it well suited for complex multi‑stage profiles such as temperature–humidity shock or soak cycles. | The compressor The compressor rapidly removes heat from the chamber interior, achieving a cooling rate around 1 °C / 5 °Cper minute. | Robust Anti-Corrosion Workroom The chamber's interior is built from SUS304 stainless steel, offering outstanding resistance to heat and corrosion for long-lasting performance. | Integrated Power Access hole Allows test specimens to stay powered during experiments, enabling performance evaluation under varying temperature and humidity. Standard 50 mm diameter; quantity and size customizable. |
In addition to climatic testing, LIB also offers advanced thermal shock chambers that rapidly transfer test samples between extreme hot and cold environments. This type of testing is particularly important for electronic components and automotive systems that experience rapid temperature changes during operation.

Materials exposed to outdoor environments must withstand sunlight, ultraviolet radiation, temperature changes, and
humidity for many years. However, outdoor exposure testing in locations such as Florida or Arizona may require 1 year, 5 years, or even 10 years to obtain meaningful results.
To shorten this process, LIB provides accelerated weathering solutions such as xenon arc test chambers and UV weathering chambers.
Xenon arc chambers reproduce the full solar spectrum from 280 nm to 800 nm, enabling laboratories to simulate long-term outdoor aging within months. These systems are widely used to evaluate coatings, plastics, automotive interiors, and building materials.
UV weathering chambers focus on the most damaging ultraviolet wavelengths between 290 nm and 400 nm, allowing researchers to quickly analyze color fading, cracking, hardening, and material degradation.
Many products must also withstand water intrusion, dust contamination, and corrosive environments. LIB provides a wide range of environmental chambers designed to meet Ingress Protection (IP) testing requirements.
The IP test chambers cover the entire range from IPX1 to IPX9K, including dripping tests, spray tests, high-pressure water jet tests, immersion tests, and high-temperature water jet tests. These tests are commonly required for automotive components, outdoor electronics, lighting systems, and industrial equipment.
Dust test chamberssimulate harsh desert or industrial environments where fine particles can penetrate equipment and damage internal components. By performing these tests, manufacturers can verify the sealing performance and durability of their products.
In addition, LIB corrosion test chambers simulate aggressive chemical environments. Gas corrosion chambers using gases such as SO₂, H₂S, NO₂, and Cl₂ help evaluate the corrosion resistance of electronic connectors, circuit boards, and metal materials used in industrial environments.
Different laboratories often have unique testing requirements depending on their industry and research objectives. To address this, LIB provides customized environmental test systems.
These solutions may include large walk-in environmental chambers, integrated testing systems, or specially designed fixtures and sample holders. LIB engineers work closely with customers to design equipment that fits their laboratory space, testing procedures, and international certification requirements.
Additionally, LIB supports on-site installation, commissioning, and technical training to ensure that laboratories can operate the equipment efficiently from the beginning.
LIB not only provides high-quality environmental chambers but also focuses on long-term service and support. All equipment is delivered with a three-year warranty and lifetime technical support.
Customers can receive free spare parts during the warranty period, remote technical assistance, and on-site service when necessary. If equipment suffers irreparable damage, replacement support is also provided to ensure uninterrupted testing operations.
To ensure safe delivery worldwide, LIB uses a three-layer packaging system, including waterproof film, cushioning foam protection, and export-standard wooden crates. Equipment can be transported by sea, air, or rail depending on customer requirements.
The visit to the TÜV SÜD Vietnam laboratory strengthened the communication and cooperation between the two teams. With the laboratory expansion plan currently under discussion, LIB looks forward to providing reliable environmental testing equipment and customized solutions for the future development of the laboratory.
As a global certification organization, TÜV SÜD requires precise, reliable, and standard-compliant testing equipment. LIB's environmental chambers are designed to meet these expectations and support laboratories in delivering accurate testing results.
We look forward to continuing our cooperation with TÜV SÜD laboratories worldwide and supporting their mission of ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability.
