The LIB UV Weathering Test Chamber is used to perform UV light accelerated weathering tests on the products and materials, can simulate the damage caused by UV light, temperature, humidity and rain. Model UV-SI-260 is widely used weathering testing.

UV Weathering Test Chamber uses UVA-340, UVB-313 fluorescent UV lamps for a variety of test conditions. All models are upgrade to programmable controller and Ethernet access that provides simple operation and control.

1. High-Fidelity UV Simulation: Equipped with 8 U.S.-made UV lamps (UVA-340, UVB-313, UVB-351), the chamber delivers precise and stable UV irradiance with minimal spectral deviation. This ensures accurate accelerated weathering tests, enabling reliable assessment of materials’ UV durability and long-term performance.

2. Versatile Sample Accommodation: Adjustable aluminum and optional 3D holders can securely fit up to 52 standard specimens or custom-shaped samples. This flexibility allows simultaneous testing of multiple samples while maintaining uniform exposure and realistic environmental conditions.

3. Integrated Multi-Environment Testing: The chamber simulates UV light, high temperature (ambient to 90 °C), high humidity (≥95 % RH), and rainfall with 10 automated spray nozzles. These combined environmental stressors replicate real-world conditions, providing customers with actionable durability data.

4. Advanced Control & Data Management: The programmable PID touchscreen allows up to 120 custom programs with 100 steps each, supporting real-time monitoring of temperature, Black Panel Temperature (BPT), irradiance, and spray cycles. USB, RS232, and Ethernet connections facilitate easy data logging, export, and remote monitoring for efficient test analysis.

5. Durable and Low-Maintenance Design: Constructed with SUS304 stainless steel interior and coated steel exterior, the chamber resists corrosion, UV exposure, and high-humidity conditions. UV lamps are easily replaceable, while the automatic water recycling system reduces maintenance and enhances operational efficiency for long-term reliability.

Operate Guide of the UV Weathering Test Chamber

The LIB UV Test Chamber is designed for safe, efficient, and precise accelerated weathering testing. Before operation, ensure the chamber is properly connected to the power supply and water system, and that all specimens are securely placed in the holders. Use the programmable PID touchscreen controller to set temperature, Black Panel Temperature (BPT), UV irradiance, and spray cycles according to your testing requirements. The system allows real-time monitoring, data logging, and remote access via USB or Ethernet. During operation, follow all safety guidelines, including avoiding direct exposure to UV light and maintaining proper ventilation. After testing, allow the chamber to cool before removing samples, and perform routine checks on lamps, nozzles, and water supply to maintain consistent performance.
