The LIB Sand Test Chamber should be installed on a level surface in an environment of 5 °C–35 °C and ≤85 % RH. Before operation, ensure the chamber is properly connected to the power supply and the dust-proof socket is functional. Set the desired dust concentration (2–4 kg/m³), test duration (up to 99 h 59 min), and temperature range (ambient to +50 °C) via the programmable color LCD touchscreen controller. Place the test specimens securely on the turntable or sample holder, close and lock the electromagnetic door, and start the test. The built-in lighting and observation window allow real-time monitoring, while the vacuum and circulation systems maintain uniform dust distribution throughout the chamber. After testing, power down the chamber, remove specimens safely, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance according to the user manual to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
