LIB TH Series Temperature Humidity Test Chambers are available in a variety of sizes to suit your needs. More than 98 different models allow you to choose the size and performance best suited for your test applications, choose either a temperature only model or a temperature and humidity configuration.

 

Designed to meet diverse testing requirements, the chambers can maintain temperatures from –70°C to +150°C and humidity from 20% to 98% RH, with precise control of ±0.5°C and ±2.5% RH respectively. Fast ramp rates, uniform airflow distribution, and flexible sample arrangements ensure accurate, repeatable results for electronics, automotive components, pharmaceuticals, and materials testing.



These chambers comply with a wide range of international standards, including IEC 60068, IEC 60721, IEC 60068-2, UL 1642, UL 1973, UL 2054, SAE J2929, SAE J2464, IEC 61215, IEC 62717, and VW 80000, making them suitable for battery testing, photovoltaic modules, automotive parts, and luminaire materials.

4. Fast and Flexible Cycling: Accelerate testing with rapid ramp rates—heating at 3 °C/min and cooling at 1 °C/min, with optional customization up to 20 °C/min. Preloaded programs support hundreds of sequential steps in a single profile, reducing setup time, increasing throughput, and enabling laboratories to quickly gather critical test data.

Product Operate Guide

Before starting, turn on the main power and verify that all connections are secure. Set the desired temperature, humidity, and ramp rates on the touchscreen controller according to your testing requirements. Load samples evenly on the shelves, avoiding contact with chamber walls or sensors to ensure uniform exposure. During the test, continuously monitor temperature and humidity, making sure they remain within the programmed limits. After completing each cycle, carefully remove the samples and clean the chamber interior, ensuring no spills or debris remain. Regular maintenance, proper handling, and adherence to safety precautions not only improve testing accuracy but also extend the equipment’s lifespan and protect operators from potential hazards.
