In March 2023, an American company, as a leading developer and supplier of diagnostic equipment in the ophthalmology industry, purchased 5 units of our LIB test chambers, including temperature and humidity test chambers, water srpay test chambers, xenon test chambers and salt spray test chambers, expanding their laboratory equipment.
The test chambers operate well and plays a very important role in the development of new products and precision instrument testing.
On March 25, 2024, we came to the customer's laboratory and saw the operation and usage of the test chamber on site. Everything was running well and the customer was very satisfied.

The LIB team gave suggestions and plans for test chamber maintenance. At the same time, we look forward to providing more equipment to expand the laboratory to test the reliability of products for customers.
The LIB constant temperature and humidity test chamber is engineered for laboratories that require both extreme environmental capability and long-term stability. With a temperature range from –86 °C to +150 °C and humidity control from 20% to 98% RH, it supports a full spectrum of applications—from low-temperature storage and thermal cycling to high-temperature damp-heat aging and stability validation. Temperature fluctuation is maintained within ±0.5 °C, overall deviation within ±2 °C, and humidity accuracy within ±2.5% RH, ensuring reliable and repeatable test data for regulatory and internal qualification programs.
High-precision PT100 Class A sensors with 0.001 °C resolution provide sensitive and consistent measurement feedback to the PID control system. Multi-directional airflow circulation ensures uniform distribution throughout the chamber, keeping internal variation within ±1.5 °C and preventing localized hot or cold spots. Rapid heating at 3 °C/min and cooling at 1 °C/min shorten development timelines without sacrificing stability. The programmable controller allows up to 120 stored programs with 100 segments each, supporting complex cycling profiles, long-duration stability tests, ESS screening, and 1000-hour damp-heat validation. Combined with durable SUS304 stainless steel interiors and intelligent safety protections, the chamber provides dependable performance for continuous laboratory operation.

The IPX1/IPX2 drip system delivers a calibrated 1 mm/min drip rate with specimen rotation at 1 rpm, while IPX2 includes a 15° tilt function for four-direction testing. For IPX3/IPX4, the stainless steel oscillating tube provides ±60° to ±180° swing angles with φ0.4 mm evenly spaced spray holes to simulate rainfall and splashing conditions. IPX5 and IPX6 utilize dedicated nozzles with 6.3 mm and 12.5 mm diameters, delivering 12.5 ± 0.625 L/min and 100 ± 5 L/min flow rates respectively, at controlled pressures and spray distances of 2.5–3 m.
A closed-loop water circulation and filtration system significantly reduces water consumption and allows unattended operation. The adjustable turntable supports loads up to 50 kg and accommodates irregular or large samples. Built-in viewing windows, LED lighting, and optional power supply connections enable real-time functional testing of electronic devices during spray exposure. The full SUS304 stainless steel construction ensures corrosion resistance and durability under continuous wet conditions.
The LIB xenon weathering test chamber accurately reproduces natural sunlight and climate cycles to accelerate material aging in a controlled laboratory environment. Equipped with a 4500 W or 6500 W water-cooled xenon arc lamp, it covers the full spectral range of 280–800 nm, closely simulating outdoor daylight, window-filtered light, and enhanced UV exposure through interchangeable optical filters.
The system operates in compliance with internationally recognized standards such as ASTM G155, ASTM D6695, and ISO 11341. It supports programmable cycles combining light exposure, water spray, humidity, and dark periods to replicate real-world weather conditions. Irradiance control can be set at 340 nm or 420 nm bands with precise intensity regulation, ensuring repeatable and comparable results across laboratories.
Black panel temperature is maintained within ±2 °C, and humidity control operates within ±5% RH, supporting both dry heat and high-humidity aging protocols. The rotating sample rack ensures uniform exposure for up to 42 specimens simultaneously, eliminating uneven aging effects. Automated PID control continuously records irradiance, temperature, and humidity data, which can be exported via Ethernet or USB for traceability and quality documentation. A closed-loop water recycling system further enhances sustainability by reducing water usage during spray cycles.
Together, these systems provide comprehensive environmental simulation capabilities for industries requiring rigorous reliability, durability, and compliance testing.
