LIB recently welcomed a customer delegation from Egypt to conduct the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for four
environmental test chambers designed for household appliance reliability testing. The order included two temperature and humidity test chambers and two salt spray test chambers.
Throughout the acceptance process, the customer team carried out a comprehensive evaluation of equipment performance, operational functionality, safety systems, and communication capabilities to ensure the chambers fully met their testing requirements.
To verify temperature performance across the full operating range, the chambers were tested from +150°C down to -40°C. Thermal compensation tests were also performed at 0°C and 50°C, confirming excellent temperature uniformity, stability, and control accuracy.
In addition, the customer inspected the integrated safety protection systems and validated USB and Ethernet communication functions, ensuring reliable operation and convenient data management.
For the salt spray chambers, temperature performance within the test chamber and saturated air barrel was carefully verified. Spray collection rates were measured to confirm compliance with testing requirements, while the automatic solution stirring system was tested to ensure stable and continuous operation throughout long-duration corrosion tests.
The customer also reviewed the safety protection features and communication functions, confirming the chambers were ready for efficient and reliable testing applications.
Following the successful acceptance process, the customer expressed satisfaction with the equipment performance and manufacturing quality. The visit further strengthened cooperation between LIB and the Egyptian customer as they prepare for future testing projects.
