1. Understand the Test Chamber's Controls:
The PID controller as the main control unit to command, operate, detect and redistribute the various components of the equipment to achieve maximum effective use.
The temperature control adopts P.I.D. S.S.R. system synchronous coordinated control, which can improve the stability and life of the control components and interface.
Screen display function: LCD display, which can display test conditions (including temperature section, cycle number, running time and remaining time, etc.).
2. Input the setpoint of temperature, humidity and time
Click on temperature and enter the temperature value in the pop-up box; click on humidity and enter the humidity value in the pop-up box. Enter hours and minutes in the time pop-up box. Enter the number of cycles and click the Run button. The test chamber starts running
3. Monitor the Test:
While the test is in progress, it is important to monitor the test chamber regularly. Open the controller, and you can see the current operating data on the controller's monitoring screen.
4. Data and Curves
After the automatic operation of the test chamber is completed, the running data can be downloaded through USB for data analysis. You can also view the curve graph on the controller.
5. Other control methods
LIB's temperature and humidity test chamber is programmable, easy to operate and user-friendly. You can also perform appointment settings, fault alarms, and PC link connections.
