On October 18, 2024, the LIB team flew to Uzbekistan to provide two days of environmental chamber commissioning and operation guidance services for the well-known local ADM automotive plant in Uzbekistan. It produces some vehicles for brands such as China's Great Wall Motor, China's Chery International and South Korea's Kia Motors.
ADM team has previously ordered 5 environmental chambers from LIB, including Xenon Art test chamber (XL-S-750), Industrial Oven (O-1500), Salt spray chamber (SC-010), Ozone test chamber and temperature humidity test chamber. These test chambers were basically installed before the LIB team arrived. Our main task is to explain in detail the standard operating procedures and some functions of these chambers. At the same time, a comprehensive inspection and fine commissioning of these 5 test chambers were carried out.

Regarding installation and commission,
The test chamber was connected to water and electricity, and the drainage pipes were connected. The spray tower of the salt spray chamber was installed and adjusted. The electronic components of other chambers were checked. Then the test chambers was started for operation and commission.
LIB's Environmental test chamber has a customer-friendly interface. Our team trained operators on the controller's operating interface, routine troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, etc.
Regarding installation and commissioning, the LIB engineering team first conducted a comprehensive inspection of all
chambers to ensure they were ready for operation.
The environmental chambers were connected to the water supply, power system, and drainage pipelines according to installation standards. For the salt spray chamber, the spray tower was carefully installed and adjusted to ensure uniform salt fog distribution inside the chamber. For other chambers, the engineers inspected electrical components, control systems, sensors, and safety protection devices.
After the inspection was completed, the chambers were started for operational commissioning. Each system was tested step by step to verify the stability of temperature control, humidity control, airflow circulation, and safety protection functions.
LIB environmental chambers are designed with a user-friendly control interface. During the commissioning process, our engineers provided detailed training for ADM operators, including:
Standard operating procedures for each chamber
Controller interface operation and parameter settings
Daily maintenance methods
Routine troubleshooting techniques
Safety operation guidelines
Through this on-site training, the ADM technical team quickly mastered the operation of the chambers, ensuring that the equipment can be used efficiently and safely in their daily testing work.
