Sample storage is provided by two perforated SUS304 stainless steel racks, each rated to hold up to 50KG. These racks feature height-adjustable positioning and can be fully removed when necessary, accommodating specimens of varying dimensions while also promoting unrestricted airflow throughout the chamber.


2. Remote Air Conditioning Unit

This unit handles temperature regulation — both heating and cooling — as well as humidity control. A rotary fan mounted at the top of the chamber draws air in and circulates it, helping maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels throughout the working room. Real-time readings from the chamber's built-in temperature and humidity sensors are relayed to the controller, which processes this data to make continuous adjustments.


① Temperature Regulation

Effective temperature control requires the chamber to support both heating and cooling functions, along with uniform temperature distribution across the entire interior space. Cooling is achieved through a sealed mechanical refrigeration circuit, comprising four core components: a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator.

Humidification is accomplished directly via an electric steam generator, which releases vapor through airflow vents positioned behind the circulation fan; a dedicated control algorithm governs this process to enhance operational reliability.


Dehumidification, on the other hand, relies on condensation principles using the same mechanical cooling system described above. This works because moisture naturally condenses on cooler surfaces when exposed to warmer, humid air.
