This walk-in environmental test chamber is designed to perform temperature and humidity testing on large-scale components and equipment. A variety of standard and customized walk-in or drive-in chamber configurations are available to meet different testing requirements.
Advantages
1. High-Capacity Testing Capability: With chamber volumes ranging from 3 m³ up to 100 +m³, LIB walk-in chambers can accommodate oversized products, bulk sample batches, or multiple racks simultaneously. This large internal space enables parallel testing under identical conditions, helping to shorten test cycles and improve overall laboratory efficiency.
2. Accurate Environmental Regulation: Equipped with high-precision PT-100 Class A sensors and advanced PID control technology, the system maintains temperature accuracy within ±0.5 °C and humidity stability within ±2.5 % RH. A well-designed airflow system ensures uniform environmental distribution, so every sample is exposed to consistent and repeatable test conditions.
3. Comprehensive Environmental Simulation: The chamber is capable of reproducing a wide range of real-world conditions, including extreme temperatures from –70 °C to +150 °C, varying humidity levels between 20 % and 98 % RH, as well as salt spray, light exposure, dust, rainfall, and vibration. This makes it suitable for reliability testing in automotive, aerospace, electronics, and materials industries.
4. Energy-Saving Design: Featuring high-density thermal insulation, water circulation humidification, and intelligent power-saving control logic, the system reduces both energy and water consumption. Automatic low-water detection and refill alerts help maintain continuous operation while lowering running costs and environmental impact.
5. Easy Operation and Enhanced Safety: A user-friendly multilingual touchscreen interface simplifies program setup, real-time monitoring, and data recording. Connectivity options such as Ethernet and USB allow easy integration with LIMS systems. Built-in safety protections—including over-temperature, over-pressure, and low-water safeguards—combined with corrosion-resistant SUS304 stainless steel construction ensure reliable long-term performance with minimal maintenance.

Walk-in Test Chamber Operating Guide
Before operation, ensure the chamber is properly leveled and connected to power and water. Place samples securely on the racks. Set test parameters via the touchscreen controller, including temperature (–70 °C to +150 °C), humidity (20%–98% RH), and test duration. Once started, the system automatically controls heating, cooling, and airflow to maintain stable conditions. PT-100 sensors and PID control ensure precise monitoring, with real-time data recording available and exportable via USB or Ethernet. After testing, remove samples safely and perform basic cleaning and maintenance to ensure reliable long-term operation.
