LIB Benchtop Environmental Chamber provide a small footprint and maximize workspace.  Designed to fit in small spaces in test laboratories, these benchtop test chambers are designed for testing various temperature or humidity tests on small products . In addition, the benchtop model with temperature change rate of 1K/min,2K/min, 5K/min, can meet requirement for your test applications.

Advantages of the Benchtop Environmental Chamber

1. Compact, Space-Efficient Benchtop Design: With overall dimensions of 820 × 1160 × 950 mm, the TH50 benchtop environmental test chamber fits easily beside laboratory benches or beneath fume hoods. Its compact footprint helps laboratories optimize valuable floor space while still delivering full environmental testing functionality. The small form factor does not compromise performance, making it suitable for both research and industrial applications.

2. Wide-Range Temperature and Humidity Control: This small benchtop test chamber provides comprehensive environmental simulation, covering temperatures from –86 °C to +150 °C and humidity levels from 10 % to 98 % RH. A high-performance compressor-based cooling system combined with electric heating enables accurate testing under extreme cold, high heat, and high-humidity conditions. It is ideal for electronics, materials, and battery testing in realistic operating environments.

3. High Precision and Excellent Uniformity: Equipped with PT100 Class A sensors offering a resolution of 0.001 °C, the chamber ensures highly accurate control of temperature and humidity. Advanced PID algorithms maintain temperature stability within ±0.5 °C and humidity within ±2 % RH. A centrifugal airflow system evenly distributes conditioned air, eliminating hot or cold spots and ensuring consistent exposure for all test samples.

4. Fast Thermal Cycling Capability: The chamber supports cooling rates of up to 1 °C/min and heating rates of 3 °C/min, allowing faster test cycles and improved productivity. Programmable controllers enable hundreds of steps to be stored in a single test profile, reducing setup time and streamlining complex testing procedures for higher throughput.

5. Robust Construction and Integrated Safety Protection: The interior chamber is manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance in high-humidity environments. The exterior features a 4 mm A3 steel frame with durable powder coating for long-term industrial use. Multiple safety protections—including leakage current protection, grounding, phase monitoring, and over-temperature shutdown—ensure safe and reliable operation throughout demanding test cycles.

6. Ultra-Low Noise Performance: The benchtop environmental chamber operates at ≤60 dBA, producing less noise than typical office equipment. Even during intensive temperature and humidity cycling, it maintains a quiet working atmosphere, minimizing interference with precision experiments, collaborative discussions, and online meetings. This low-noise design makes it an excellent choice for laboratories, research centers, and cleanroom environments where acoustic stability is essential.

Product Operate Guide

Proper operation of the Benchtop Environmental Chamber is essential to achieve stable and repeatable testing results. Begin by switching on the main power supply and confirming that all electrical and system connections are secure. Use the touchscreen controller to program the required temperature, humidity, and ramp profiles. Place test specimens evenly on the shelves, ensuring they do not touch the chamber walls or sensors to allow proper air circulation. Throughout the test, observe temperature and humidity readings to confirm they remain within the specified parameters. Once the test cycle is complete, remove samples and clean the interior of the chamber, wiping away any residue or moisture. Routine inspection and correct operation help maintain accuracy, extend service life, and ensure safe use of the equipment.
