The chamber combines fast temperature cycling, optional humidity control, and precise environmental simulation to reproduce the severe thermal stresses encountered by automotive electronics, battery systems, sensors, connectors, control modules, and electric vehicle components throughout their service life. With temperature ranges from -70°C to +150°C and temperature ramp rates from 5°C/min to 15°C/min (customizable up to 20°C/min), the chamber significantly accelerates product qualification and production screening while maintaining excellent temperature stability of ±0.5°C and deviation within ±2.0°C.
