In response to a Southeast Asian manufacturing facility’s need for rigorous environmental testing, LIB undertook the deployment of a large walk-in temperature and humidity chamber (98 m³) within a second-floor laboratory space. The primary objective was to provide a reliable testing environment for high-volume motor assemblies, simulating extreme climates from 0 °C to +150 °C and 20 %RH to 98 %RH. Key goals included seamless integration into the client’s facility, uncompromised performance, and adherence to an accelerated project timeline.
Step 1: Site Evaluation & Unpacking
After completing two thorough on‑site assessments, prepare for the chamber’s arrival. Using equipment like a mobile crane and forklifts, and with the help of a team of trained technicians, carefully hoist each disassembled module through the designated window opening and lower it into the laboratory. Once inside, unwrap all components, inspect for any transport damage, and arrange panels, fasteners, and tools into clearly labeled zones.

Step 2: Base, Wall & Top Panel Assembly
Position the base plate and level it precisely using a laser leveling device. Then install the four wall panels—front, back, left, and right—onto the base, keeping them aligned and upright. Once the walls are in place, carefully adjust the top panel onto the structure, ensuring all edges are flush and properly seated.

Step 3: Panel Locking & Seam Sealing
After the top panel is in place and all edges are aligned, lock the panels together to secure the entire structure. Then weld the designated seams between panels to improve strength and ensure airtightness. Once welding is complete, treat the joints by grinding and smoothing to ensure a clean seal and a structurally sound, fully enclosed chamber.

Step 4: Functional System Installation
Mount the refrigeration condensing unit and connect refrigerant lines; Install the humidity generator and water lines, then calibrate sensors. Finally, wire up the control panel, hook up all sensors, and confirm controller‑to‑sensor communication.

LIB’s full‑lifecycle approach to the 98 m³ walk‑in temperature and humidity chamber in Vietnam—from initial concept and rigorous site surveys through precision manufacturing, exhaustive factory testing, seamlessone‑stop installation, and formal handover—demonstrates our commitment to reliability at every step.
